Supplier Income Manager
£28,000 - £30,000
The Individual
You should be highly numerate and have a passion for numbers. You will be comfortable working in a team and be able to work to deadlines. You must be able to multi-task and have strong attention to detail. A strong grasp of Excel and general computer literacy is essential.
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Director, and based in the Purchasing Department you will
be responsible for -
- Management of supplier income streams – collation, tracking and invoicing
- Liaison with Financial Director, providing information for the company monthly accounts
- Prepare spread sheet of monthly promotions
- Input of terms and promotions into the system
- Promotional reclaims – locally and via our buying groups
- Ad hoc invoicing as and when required
- Updating of cost prices, terms and other financial information
- Management of supplier accreditations and questionnaires
- Assistance with general tasks within the Purchasing departmentDesirable Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate level
- Proven ability to work with other Microsoft application – Word and Powerpoint etc
- Ability to work with web-based application
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s at C or above (or equivalent)
- Accounting experience advantageous but not essential
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Hours
- 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Permanent full-time role
- Occasional requirement to work a bank holiday (time and a half plus day off in lieu)
- 20 days holiday per annum

General Warehouse Operative (Nights)
Sunday – Thursday 6pm Start
+40 hours per week
Rate of pay up to £11.00 per hour dependant on pick performance
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The role of Warehouse Operative for the MJB team would suit someone who is a positive team player and has a desire to provide an efficient and accurate service to our customers. We operate from a frozen and an ambient depot so a flexible approach is needed as you may be required to work at both sites. A requirement of the role is that you will:
- Pick customer orders for next day delivery as per company processes, undertake all necessary controls and ensuring temperature disciplines are complied with where applicable. You may be required to lift products up to 25kg.
- Ensure that all stock is stored, handled and loaded securely in line with company procedures, food hygiene legislation and health and safety guidelines.
- Work with team colleagues to ensure that the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and complies with company standards at all times.
- Take reasonable care of both your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions, ensuring all company safety and quality systems are adhered to, raising concerns and reporting any incidents or suggestions to your line manager.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.

Customer Sales Executive Realistic
£20k+ OTE, excellent basic salary and commission scheme
The Individual
Are you an outgoing, motivated person who finds it easy talking to and building successful relationships with a wide selection of people? Do you have a positive outlook and are passionate about providing excellent customer service? Are you organised and able to work under pressure? If the answer to these questions is yes and you want to be part of a lively and successful team then this opportunity is for you. Experience of telesales, as well as Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Most importantly we want the right person to join our team who in abundance has the can do, will do approach to help support our customers.
The Role
As the successful candidate your primary duty will be to capture our customer’s weekly food orders on the telephone from an established ledger of trading accounts. As part of this order capture process you will be required to promote in special offers and enter all information onto our computer system. You will also be responsible for a ledger of customers that you are the sole point of contact for. As part of the team, as well as making outbound calls to your own sales ledger you will be required to receive incoming calls from other customers. This will be to take their orders and /or resolve any queries or questions they may have. In all customer contact, great customer service must be delivered at all times.
The Salary & Hours

HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver Annual Salary: £32,000
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The driver for the MJB team would suit someone who possesses a strong customer focus and a desire to provide a professional delivery service. A requirement of the role is that you would:
- Complete daily walk round checks prior to departure to ensure that your vehicle is legally compliant
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner and at all times ensure that you adhere to road conditions, speed limits and road signage
- Deliver to multiple catering establishments across South West England
- Liaise with the transport team in relation to customer, vehicle or traffic issues
- Ensure that your vehicle is washed and fuelled upon your return to the depot
- Accurately complete any delivery documentation
- Arranging stock uplifts with supplier where necessary
Essential Requirements
- Hold a valid driving licence (Category C)
- Hold a Driver CPC qualification and Digital tachograph card
- Have fewer than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Possess excellent customer service skills
Desirable Requirements
- Good Geographical knowledge of the South West
- Experience of temperature controlled multi drop deliveries
Hours
- 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, start time between 04:00 and 06:00 dependant on allocated route.
