An excellent opportunity to join an established and secure company based on Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot. We are seeking a credit control assistant to join our busy team. You will be responsible for:
Reconciling and processing cash and cheques collected by drivers.
Taking and processing credit card payments.
Dealing with account queries via telephone and email.
Sending monthly statements.
Sending daily credit notes.
Sending copy statements, invoices, credit notes as requested.
Other credit control and office duties as and when required.
You should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and have an eye for detail. You will need to be numerate, literate and have good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Accounts or financial experience preferable.
9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Salary £16,500.00 to £18,000.00 per annum.

Due to an expanding operation we require an operations administrator to work within the very busy operations department.

An incredibly varied role you will cover a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, monitoring and reporting attendance for all departments, monitoring and reporting on performance for all departments, de-briefing of drivers when required, covering the customer service role, dealing with all inbound operational phone calls and emails and assisting with the general running of the operations department. You will also be involved with routing and administration of our in-house computer system.
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills, both orally and written, be good with figures and the reporting of data and be fluent with use of excel and word as a great deal of data entry and manipulation is required.
The role offers a salary of £19,000 working a Monday to Friday shift pattern from 09:00 – 17:30, it also comes with 20 days paid holiday and payment into a pension scheme.

As a crucial member of our night shift operations you will be responsible for carefully picking customer orders ready for delivery the next day. You will ensure all products are correct and stacked safely. You may be required to lift products up to 25kg.
We operate from two sites a frozen and chilled depot also our ambient stores, you may be required to work at both so a flexible approach to work is needed.

You will be working either Sunday – Thursday or Monday – Friday starting at 18:00 and finishing around 04:00.
Rates of pay £7.83 - £9.40 dependent on your picking performance.
