READY TO USE SAUCE and spice blend pastes - Jalfrezi Sauce, a medium to hot curry with sweet peppers, tomato and coconut. - Simple to use just pour over prepared meat, fish or vegetables, simmer until piping hot throughout and serve. Can also be used as a dipping sauce. - All sauces and pastes are microwaveable, freeze-thaw and bain-marie stable for at least 3 hours. - This range features Patak's unique and secret spice blends sourced from around the world by Meena and Kirit Pathak.
